How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I change my address?

In most circumstances, it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it due to our fast turn around time.

However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our team at: supprt@luxyface.com as soon as possible for advice.

We are not responsible for failed delivery to incorrect or invalid addresses. Please ensure all contact and address details are correct at the time of purchase, and get in touch immediately if you notice something is wrong. 

If an invalid, misspelled or old address is provided, you may be charged an additional fee to rearrange delivery.


Lost/Stolen Packages

Luxy Face is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to support you. As all orders have tracking information included, issues are extremely rare. 

In the event that your order has not been received within 14 days of the expected date, we will dispatch another set to you and request an investigation with our delivery partners.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been dispatched and your order is in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. Get in touch with our customer support team at: support@luxyface.com as soon as possible if you decide to return the item. Please wait for the item to be delivered, and return unopened to the address provided by our team to be eligible for a refund. Return fees will be incurred by the buyer in the event of cancellation, or an equivalent re-stocking fee of 10%.


Luxy Face™ Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush

How does the product work?

  1. Apply your favourite cleansing product on to your face directly or the brush side of the silicone head.

  2. Wet your face slightly so that the cleanser can emulsify and create a slippery surface for the Luxy Face cleansing brush to work its magic

  3. Turn on the Luxy Face facial cleansing brush and start cleansing your face in circular motions. Start off with a low setting and increase/decrease as desired by pressing + or - (you may want to increase the setting on your T-zone)

  4. After 2/3 minutes turn off the device and rinse.

Note: A manual guide has been provided in the box when you receive the product. Please read it carefully.


Which skin type can use it?

Luxy Face facial cleansing brush can be used on any skin. Sensitive, dry, normal, oily or combination.


How long does each charge last?

A 3 hour charge will get you up to 60 days of use.


How long should I use it for each time I wash my face?

For as long as you want but ideally you should be using it for a minimum of 2 minutes.


Can I take it in the shower/bath?

Absolutely! It is fully waterproof.


How often can I use it?

Everyday, up to twice a day for cleansing.


Luxy Face™ LED Revitalisation Wand

How does the product work?

  1. Ensure the device is charged
  2. Cleanse skin and apply serum and/or moisturiser
  3. Press POWER to turn on, keep pressing to increase the intensity level. After intensity level 6 the device will be turned off
  4. After selecting the intensity level, press LED SEL to select the light therapy option depending on your goal
  5. Place the device on your skin and move in upward motions, from the centre of the face outwards. Work around your face and neck.
  6. The device will turn off automatically after 10 minutes. Do this routine 3 times a week for optimum results.


Which skin type can use it?

How long should I use it for each time I wash my face?

Once a day for 10 minutes. The product will switch off automatically after 10 minutes of use.


Can I take it in the shower/bath?

No, you should not. The product is not waterproof.


How often can I use it?

Everyday or every other day for ideal results.



What is the minimum age that can use Luxy Face products?

There are no age restrictions.
